Adults with special needs are special individuals that require special help. We designed our program to offer specialized care just for adults with developmental disabilities. Our employees are dedicated to the care and well-being of our individuals. We have created a warm, caring, and family oriented environment. We take pride in our ability to help and provide an excellent quality of life. Every individual is different from diagnostics to personalities. Our staff is well trained and can give every individual appropriate attention and the best care. Our intent and desires are to provide a warm, loving home and family for adults with special developmental needs as well as qualifying medical conditionals. Our primary focus will be to enhance the quality of life both physically, emotionally and developmental for all our individuals, in order to maximize their potential. All individuals in our home will be treated with respect, dignity and value. while in our home, we will be providing them with a variety of activities and opportunities designed to train, motivate, and reward each individual for individual abilities. We invite and strongly encourage family participation in all decisions and toward future goals for each individual. We also encourage and accommodate family visitation to help nurture and maintain the extremely important family bond/relationship.
